This place is amazing! 8 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and another bedroom that will fit 10 kids. Everywhere is beautifully decorated and it was immaculately clean. The deck and back yard are shaded in the afternoon and evening with an incredible view of Yuba lake making a perfect place to hang out. 2 hot tubs and tons of games. They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The hosts are wonderful too. They gave great instructions on how to get there and gain access to the property. They checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and responded quickly to our questions. Everything about our stay was perfect. We’re already planning our next trip!

Beautiful home with the most spectacular view of the lake for sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed the lake activities and having family dinner on the deck every evening. Hospitality was 10/10. We will be back!

We had an amazing weekend! The house was the perfect setup with a gorgeous view. The hosts also provide several yard games and everything you need to enjoy the weekend. Making this an annual trip!

The View at Yuba Shores Estates was nothing short of exceptional. Our group of nearly 20 couldn't have asked for a better time or a better house to celebrate our friend's 30th birthday. The fact that it was such an easy drive from SLC was fantastic, and the house itself made for such an amazing place to make memories with friends. From the minute we walked in the door, it was magical. The amount of space, massive amount of natural light, lake view, big backyard with two hot tubs, and much, much more was spectacular. The big kitchen and dining area made for some awesome breakfasts and big family dinners. To say this house is amazing is an understatement. Marina was extremely responsive and communicated with us whenever needed (even though nothing really was needed!). Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. If I had one suggestion, it would be to take some more pictures so that guests really get to see all the space you'll actually have and how beautiful the home really is. We were so incredibly happy with our stay and are considering coming back at the end of the summer. In fact, we recommend the place to everyone we chat with! We will definitely be back!!

Great layout and well decorated. All rooms have special themes with private bathrooms and amazing views. Super close to the lake with great beaches. Able to launch our jet skis right from the property with a nice dock to tie off as you head in for lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking and tons of activities and games. Best part is the host Marina who is kind and willing to do anything to make your trip special. We cannot wait to go back soon and visit this wonderful place!
